Introduction
Spotify is a Swedish-American multiplatform application, used to play music via streaming. It has a “premium” business model, a basic free service, and advertising; but with additional features, with better audio quality, through a paid subscription.
Problem Statement
Through this project what is wanted is to increase the number of reproductions of the users and increase their fidelity with the application, in addition, we want the user experience when using the platform to be as comfortable as possible and facilitate access to the music that the user wants to listen, we want that in each reproduction the user feels satisfied with what he hears and that he feels that his musical taste is pleased.
User & Audience
Alex is a student at the University of Seattle who, during his study hours, always looks for a way to stay focused on his work without receiving any kind of distractions, one of those ways is through music. Alex wants to find the music that helps him stay focused as quickly as possible and with a wide variety of options since he doesn’t want to waste a lot of time searching for the right music.
Alex shares with us his experience using the app and the things that they think are missing when seeking concentration through music.

Conclusion
By making the prototype designed to satisfy the customer’s need, in turn facilitate the use of the application, making your experience much easier and feeling like you are in a pleasant environment.
We understand that the objective of the application is for the user to spend a pleasant moment full of music, either in the company of friends, in a family environment, in their private life, and at any time in their life, that is why the experience with the platform should be as pleasant as possible and not be a burden for him.
The goal is for the user to be able to access the music of their choice without so many laps, but rather to access it quickly and efficiently.
